copy of your insurance card confirming international
coverage of at least USD 50,000.00 for Emergency
Medical expenses,Emergency hospital treatment,Repatriation
for medical reasons. I f do not have must
purchase travelrs insurance for entire duration
of stay proof of purchase and 1 copy, with
above mentioned conditions. |

INVITAION from
host company in Switzerland stating guarantee
for your expenses during stay in Schengen
space. Must be faxed by the host directly
to Swiss competent representation 212-599-4266. |

If travel visiting
friends or family, your host must apply for
an invitation certificate with cantonal alien's
office in his/her place of residence. The
certificate must forwarded directly to the
Swiss consulate/NY. For stays up to 7 days
the certificate can be waived. |

If travel is for business please include
a business letter of responsibility, in
addition to invitation letter from the host
company in Switzerland with exact details
of duration of stay number of entries and
purpose of the trip (*MUST include position
and salary) which must be faxed to the consulate.
