	Tourist and Business Visa Requirements

Travel notes:

	Us passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2-3 blank visa pages not amendment pages in passport. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or add additional pages for a valid US passport.
	Application forms may be duplicated on plain paper but must be clear copies with original signature.
	Visa requirements are for US citizens only. If you are not a US citizen please contact our office at (914) 592-2760.

Entry requirements:

Passport and Visa are required.

Tourist and Business Visa requirements:

	Valid, signed US passport. RUSSIA WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSIGNED PASSPORTS FOR VISA REQUEST.
	One Visa Application (Microsoft Word format) Form completed and signed. Multiple entries REQUIRE 2 ORIGINAL APPLICATIONS with ORIGINAL SIGNATURES ON BOTH and two photos.
	All UK and Canadian passport holder has to fill out the US application.

	Two passport type photograph.
	*UK PP* *holder* two Visa Application and two passport type photos are required.
	Any European National must also provide proof of medical insurance in Russia.
	the following insurance information must be provided:
	Proof of medical coverage in Russia including information regarding who the affiliate company is IN RUSSIA for the medical coverage , call our office of details. A letter from the insured's insurance company detailing a minimum coverage of 50,000 or more while in Russia. A copy of the actual insured's medical coverage card.
	If individual travel for tourist: Tourism-hotel confirmation and tour voucher .
	If tour group OR cruise passenger: A letter plus voucher from tour company or cruise line confirming itinerary, include a copy of the confirmation from tourist or other authorized Russia travel company which shows the reference number and confirmation number for the visa.

	As of 11.04.11: INVITATION from the Russian Foreign Ministry, invitation MUST BE ORIGINAL
	IF ORIGINAL INVITATION -NEW processing times and special handling fees : Processing time COULD TAKE up to 10 business days minimum, waiting approval from Russia due to ORIGINAL invite -contact JIDS in advance with invitation information.
	or TELEX # for NY Consulate. If telex number is given please verify dates that invitation should read. Invitation must state the following information:
	Names of all persons to be invited and their nationalities. City or cities to be visited. Date of arrival Name and title of person signing the invitation.

Health Requirements:

Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.

	$ 140 Per Tourist/Business Visa 11 business days MINIMUM processing time/Single entry.
	$ 250 Per Tourist/Business Visa 4 business days MINIMUM processing time/Single entry.
	Business for a rush is $450.00 and all other fees vary. Also tourism and business vary, please Contact Us for multiple entry fees, they are subject to change.

Shipping fees:

	Federal Express starting at $25.95 for priority Weekday Delivery. Other Special Deliveries of Federal Express VARY (Ex. SATURDAY DELIVERY OR 8AM DELIVERY, call for rates). RESIDENTS deliveries is additional $3.00 to have signature required. Verify SIGNATURE OR NO SIGNATURE must be selected.
