	Tourist and Business Visa Requirements

Travel notes:

	Us passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2-3 blank visa pages not amendment pages in passport. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or add additional pages for a valid US passport.
	Application forms may be duplicated on plain paper but must be clear copies with original signature.

Entry requirements:

Passport and Visa are required.

Tourist and Business Visa requirements:

	Valid, signed US passport.
	One Visa Application Form completed and signed. MUST PRINT every page of application while applying and SIGN EVERY PAGE (please note, there is no print button on Consulates website) Call office at (914) 592-2760 for further details of application and new procedure. Application payment must be done online before sending any forms to Just-In Document Service, Inc.
	Two passport type photograph.
	Flight itinerary is required, copy of hotel confirmation AND copy of recent bank statement which must show $100.00 per day available in bank accounts.
	Visa Order Form.
	If applying for work permit, telecommunications cable is mandatory.
	Any work involving contracts in Nigeria requires a temporary employment Visa or STR visa. Please call us for further details.
	If travel is for Tourism, a hotel confirmation and or a original invitation from the Nigerian party must be included.
	If travel is for business please include Invitation letter from host company in Nigeria. Invitation cannot be from a church or have anything to do with the church.
	If travel is for business please include a business letter of responsibility, click for Sample business letter.
	For business letter AND invitation please note the following:
	Both must include details of financial responsibility from USA sponsor and host in Nigeria as well as. Host shall accept full immigration responsibility
	This letter must be on your company letterhead. This letter must be sign by someone other than the applicant.

Health Requirements:

International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

Fees and processing time:

	Consular fee and processing time: (consular fees may change)
	MUST TRAVEL WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE VISA BEING ISSUED.
	$ 112 Per Tourist/Business Visa 7-10 business days MINIMUM processing time/Single entry. (The payment has to be paid on line and proof of payment must be supplied with the application). Separate money order for $30.00. if not supplied JIDS charges $6 to obtain the money order.
	$ 220 Per Tourist/Business Visa 7 -10 business days MINIMUM processing time/Multiple entries. (The payment has to be paid on line and proof of payment must be supplied with the application). Separate money order for $30.00. if not supplied JIDS charges $6 to obtain the money order.
	$65.00 additional ruch fee for 2-3 business days processing.
	Company check, money order or credit card payment for Consular fees should be payable to Just-In Document Service, Inc. including return shipping fee. For Just-In Document Service, Inc. service fee please refer to our pricing page or call us (914) 592-2760.

	Federal Express starting at $23.95 for priority Weekday Delivery. Other Special Deliveries of Federal Express VARY (Ex. SATURDAY DELIVERY OR 8 AM DELIVERY, call for rates)
