Travel notes:

	Us passport must be signed, valid for at least 3 months and with at least 2-3 blank visa pages not amendment pages in passport. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or add additional pages for a valid US passport.
	Application forms may be duplicated on plain paper but must be clear copies with original signature.

Entry requirements:

Tourist/Business visa is required for over 90 days stay.

Tourist and Business Visa requirements:

	Valid, signed US passport (3 months validity).
	One Visa Application Form completed and signed.
	Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3 or higher to view the form.
	Two passport type photograph.
	Original flight itinerary and airline tickets.
	Visa Order Form.
	If travel is for tourism the following are required:
	Original proof of US status is also required for non US Citizens. A hotel reservation/confirmation of tour. Proof of Health insurance/or travel and accident insurance (ORIGINAL) with coverage in this country for a minimum coverage of 37,000. Original and copy of last two bank statements and or proof of sufficient funds for your stay in country. Original Letter of employment.
	If travel is for business please include a business letter of responsibility, in addition to invitation letter from the host company in Denmark with exact details of duration of stay, number of entries and purpose of the trip. Click for Sample business letter.
	For business letter please note the following:
	This letter must be on your company letterhead. This letter must be sign by someone other than the applicant.

Health Requirements:

Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.

Fees and processing time:

	Consular fee and processing time: (consular fees may change)
	$ 21 Per Tourist/Business Visa 2-3 business days MINIMUM processing time/Single entry 30 days stay.
	$ 27 Per Tourist/Business Visa 2-3 business days MINIMUM processing time/Single entry 30-90 days stay.
	$ 5 additional for extra entry

Shipping fees:

	Add $17 for weekday ($27.75 for Saturday) to the service fee for overnight return of your passport OR include a prepaid FEDEX airbill. Please note A $5.00 fee will be added if airbill for overnight services is not included.
	Use Federal Express, Airborne, UPS, or DHL Priority overnight for delivery by 10:30 AM to ship all your passport application materials to:
