of July first all applications for China will
be filled out completely online and printed
and signed. Applications will not be accepted
with corrections on (Crossed out or white
out). All questions must be filled out Completely
any question that's left Blank will result
in denying the application, any question that
does not apply to the traveler you must put
down N/A, and do not leave it Blank. |

All
application must complete Form V 2011A.Non
US and student visa or work visa applicants
should also complete and submit Form V2011B |

All
applicants must sign the application form
even if the form is completed by another person,
except that a parent or Guardian may sign
on behalf of an applicant under the age of
