Travel notes:

	Us passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2-3 blank visa pages not amendment pages in passport. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or add additional pages for a valid US passport.
	Application forms may be duplicated on plain paper but must be clear copies with original signature.

Entry requirements:

Passport and Visa are required.

Tourist and Business Visa requirements:

	Valid, signed US passport.
	Two Visa Application Form completed and signed. (Applications must be downloaded and filled out before printing. No applications will be accepted if filled out by hand).
	Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3 or higher to view the form.
	Two passport type photograph.
	Copy of flight itinerary.
	Visa Order Form.
	Tourism Visa applicants must submit an itinerary of their airline travel and proof of confirmation of hotel reservation in Algeria. Family Guest Visits: Applicants must provide with their application an invitation from their host in Algeria and notarized at the city hall of the place of residence of the Algerian host. The Embassy will not accept invitations sent separately.
	If Visa is Work Visa; applicants must submit with their visa application an employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labor. The Embassy will not accept any authorization faxed or mailed separately.
	If travel is for business Visa applicants must include a letter on official letterhead from their employer stating the purpose of their trip, and the full names and addresses of their contacts in Algeria, click for Sample business letter. Business Applicants must submit with their application an invitation letter from the Algerian company they intend to visit.
	For business letter please note the following:
	This letter must be on your company letterhead. This letter must be sign by someone other than the applicant.

Health Requirements:

Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.

Fees and processing time:

	Consular fee and processing time: (consular fees may change)
	$ 100.00 Per Tourist/Business Visa 4 business days MINIMUM processing time.
	Holders of South African, South Korean or Israeli visa stamps will not be able to obtain Algerian visas.

Shipping fees:

	Add $17 for weekday ($27.75 for Saturday) to the service fee for overnight return of your passport OR include a prepaid FEDEX airbill. Please note A $5.00 fee will be added if airbill for overnight services is not included.
	Use Federal Express, Airborne, UPS, or DHL Priority overnight for delivery by 10:30 AM to ship all your passport application materials to:
