Please note A $5.00 fee will be applied if Airbill is not included for overnight services.
Overnight mail will be charged based on published rates. Weekend rates or special circumstances are charged accordingly. Please advise if you would like to use your own account number, to receive your negotiated rates with Federal Express, Airborne or UPS. When requesting emergency service to our Washington affiliated office Federal Express must be used, if you do not have a Federal Express number you will be billed above rates. We do not accept responsibility for regular mail or Express Mail with the US Post Office. We assume no responsibility for the loss or delay of packages occurred from Consular, Government agencies or postal overnight services. Emergency service to early consulates may require overnight methods to accommodate time frame requested.
