Use the instructions below if you are over the age of 15, and your passport is damaged, lost or stolen but still valid. Use the First Time Instructions if your passport is damaged, lost or stolen and would have expired by now.

Urgent Service - Instructions Passports processed in the same day. Please call us for special appointment for same day service. If you need 24-48 Hours processing use this urgent service. Express Service - Instructions Passports processed in 5 business days. If you are leaving in less than 14 business days you may use this service. Regular Service - Instructions Passports processed in 6 business days or more. If you are leaving in less than 10-30 business days you may use this service. *If you are leaving in more than 5 weeks contact your local post office for service.
