UPDATES: AS OF NOVEMBER 4, 2009 ALL applications presented
to acceptance facilities or JIDS MUST be done through
the www.travel.state.gov
website utilizing the bar-code, then printed, signed
and given to Just-In Document Svc.or to acceptance facility
to seal, then JIDS to process. Also note a 2 passport
size 2x2 passport quality photos with a white background
must accompany the request and a new booklet will be
issued, and the old one will be returned. This is in
addition to the requirements listed. ANY application
HANDWRITTEN, received by JIDS will be redone with bar-code
by JIDS and charged a service fee of $25.00
in addition to processing fees. Please call us if you

UPDATES: Extension of limited validity passport/Extension
of 2nd duplicate passport form DS-82 and need 2 new
passport size and quality photos 2x2 in size with white
background. The limited passport will be canceled and
any valid visas will have to be reapplied for. |
